During the week of November 18-21, regular classes were postponed for our students to learn from area artists as part of a new initiative at Sophia: Arts Intensive Week. Our students transformed into budding painters, dancers, documentarians and poets, and enjoyed the new challenges. Many thanks to our artists in residence for the week: poet Marlon Carey, painter Evans Molina Fernandez, filmmaker Katie Reaves, and dancers Anthony Andrade and Trent Lee!
